So I made this today!
Sometimes it’s easy for me to focus on the end goal only and get disappointed with where I’m currently at. But then I just take a moment to realize that weight loss and fitness are a JOURNEY that takes time, patience, and dedication.
It’s good to have a final goal in mind to work towards, but don’t forget to appreciate right where you’re at in this moment in time!
Following on from the photo I posted earlier today, here’s a comparison shot of the day I decided to change my life and from the gym yesterday.
I’ve been doing this for a few years now and although my progress has been slow and I’m anything but ripped, I’m happy with how I’m getting on.
It really is incredible to line up two photos side by side and see just how much you have progressed. I’m a hell of a lot happier now with how I look and I would urge anyone who feels they are getting nowhere to keep at it.
