Day 1 complete?

Cant say it was as successful as I wanted but it’s a start.

Breakfast consisted of McDonald’s “fruit & maple oatmeal”…

Lunch consisted of Subway “grilled chicken sub” with every veggie they offer minus tomato and oil/vinegar.

Dinner was awesome. My cousin made an organic “enchilada” casserole using only organic MSG-free ingredients.

Again, the coca cola stared at me and I did well and refused it…however…

On the way home I stopped for gas and was extremely thirsty. I grabbed two liters of water and then it hit me…
I felt like an alcoholic getting a beer after a meeting… I bought a fountain drink. Coke to be exact.

I felt bad but it made me feel good. This stuff really is addicting, anyone who says otherwise is full of shit. I have real cravings for soft drinks and they make me feel more “at ease” and calm. It’s absurd.

Tomorrows a new day. Pray for me.
